Passport Card Overview:

U.S. citizens may now apply for the new Passport Card. The purpose of the Passport Card is expedite land and sea border crossings between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Bahamas and the Caribbean. The new Passport Card is an actual Passport in credit card format. However, Passport Card holders may not travel internationally by air with the Passport Card. It is only valid for sea and land border crossings. Passport Cards will not be issued until the fall of 2008, but U.S. citizens may already now submit their applications.

NO CREDIT CARD REQUIRED, ORDER BY MAIL. PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:
